Our California Amaro embodies the classical Italian approach of using a variety of herbs, flowers, roots, and citrus to create a complex array of flavors and aromas, underlined with the classic bitter-sweet balance the defines the amaro category. We focus on creating rich citrus flavors in this spirit through the use of grapefruit, orange, and lemon peel. It’s a lower ABV spirit and pairs well with club soda, but traditionally known as a digestif, typically consumed neat or on the rocks.
