REDEMPTION HIGH RYE SINGLE BARREL SELECTION FROM WILIBEES- This 105 proof high rye shows Vanilla, spice and burnt carmel.
Dryfly 6 year straight wheated whiskey is a single barrel, which was picked for our Petaluma whiskey Club and is a high proof sipping whiskey. (Yes I said it, it's a high proof sipping Whiskey)
Buffalo Trace Single Barrel Select- Flora Reserve Barrel # 053- This is a single barrel release, we ended up this beauty because of the Covid. It was picked by "Flora" (as the bottle sticker says) and after tasting a bottle, they know their bourbons.Creamy notes of browned butter and Vanilla. everything you would expect from a great bottle of Buffalo Trace!
