Las Marias Salmiana Mezcal is an artisanal, highly sought-after joven mezcal crafted from wild Agave Salmiana in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
Because San Luis Potosí producers traditionally do not roast their agaves in underground pits, Salmiana mezcals lack heavy smoke and instead offer a much fresher, botanical taste.
