The Creative Whisky Company was formed in 2005 by husband and wife team David and Dawn Stirk. David had spent a career writing about whisky for different periodicals and books, as well as being the marketing manager for independent bottler Wm. Cadenhead.
Together, David and Dawn are selecting and bottling barrels from some of Scotland's elite distillaries.
This is a 25 year old whisky from Highland Park. Distilled in 1992 and bottled 2017, it delivers a ton of complexity for a relatively modest price. Only 205 bottles were produced.
