Known among aficionados as "baby tears" due to its similarities to the ultra-premium Tears of Llorona, this Highland Jalisco tequila offers a complex profile of baked spices, toffee, and dark.
Aging Process: Dual-barrel aged. A blend of 60% aged in American oak for 2 years and 40% aged in French oak for 3 years.
Tasting Notes: Baking spices, vanilla, butterscotch, and dark chocolate. It features prominent whiskey and red wine undertones from the extensive wood aging.
