Description
A beautiful Rhône styled white wine full of limestone derived minerality and bright, expressive acidity. This is a dense, refined wine with flavors of green fig and Anjou pears. Aged for 4 years in oak, bottled in April of 2019 it will carry its own with the main course as well as the salad.
