From the Producer: "Our Granache Rosé is sourced from Linden Hills Vineyard in Lodi. This property is also managed by Bokish Vineyard Management, who we regard as having the highest standards for quality and sustainability in the region. The Granache was harvested to have a low alcohol content, and fermented cold to highlight its secondary fruit aromas of guava and watermelon candy. Alc 13% Vol."
