Lavau is a family owned company specialised in the vinification of fine wines of the Rhône Valley. The family has been making wines for more than 5 generations. Since 2010, they own several vineyards, in Valréas, Bagnols sur Cèze and Rasteau, as well as a Château in Châteauneuf du Pape: Château Maucoil.
Complex nose of plums and black cherries with a hint of cocoa and cloves. Full and well-balanced on the palate, showing extreme finesse and remarkable length. Pair with duck with green peppers, poultry, any party food.
