Susana Balbo is an absolute legend. In 1981 she became the first woman in Argentina to graduate with a degree in enology. She then went on to become one of the most prominent consulting winemakers in the country, being elected by her industry peers to the President of the Wines of Argentina THREE times before breaking ground on her own winery in 2000.
