Description
Chateau Carbonnieux is one of the most ancient wine growing estates in Bordeaux and has made wine uninterrupted since the 13th Century. The white wines of the estate were seen as some of the top wines of Graves and recognized as one of the original leaders in terms of winemaking in Pessac-Lognan. A very complex wine with citrus and herbal flavors. It makes for a tight zesty wine with a chalky mineral texture. The fruits are developing to give a crisp wine that's full of fruit along with intense acidity.
