Ada Lovelace Cocktail Kit. (Four recipes included in the kit with more goodies)



This cocktail kit is a wonderful idea to enjoy your summer in a new way. Since bars and restaurants are not quite open, how about polishing your skills at your own home bar. 

Sofia Lovelace 75

2 oz Ada Lovelace Gin

2 oz Sofia Brut Rosé

¾ oz lemon juice

¾ oz simple syrup Sprig of lavender for garnish

The French 75 dates back to WWI. It was said to deliver such a mighty kick that it felt like being hit with the powerful French 75mm field gun. Shake Ada Lovelace Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker. Strain into a tall flute and top with Sofia Brut Rosé. Garnish with a lavender sprig to enhance the rose botanicals.


The Bee’s Knees of Coding

2 oz Ada Lovelace Gin

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz honey Honeycomb and lavender for garnish

A true, 1920s Prohibition era cocktail. The term Bee’s knees was slang for “the best”. We mix Ada Lovelace Gin with fresh lemon juice and honey from our own beehive boxes on property. Add some real honey comb honeycomb for extra buzzworthy appeal.


The Countress’s Southside

2 oz Ada Lovelace Gin

1 oz lime juice

¾ oz simple syrup

1 sprig mint 1 mint leaf and lime for garnish

Known to be Al Capone’s favorite drink, we like to imagine Capone & Lovelace swapping stories at the bar. In a shaker, muddle the mint and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake. Pour into a glass piled high with ice and garnish with lemon and mint.


Two Ladies Negroni


1 oz Ada Lovelace Gin

1 oz Hypatia Rubi Amaro

½ oz Dry Vermouth ½ oz Sweet Vermouth

Orange peel or lime wheel for garnish
